botwir3 does not predict market movements, asset prices, or trading outcomes. No information provided by botwir3 — including signal module descriptions, strategy documentation, or library definitions — is a prediction, forecast, or guarantee of any result.

botwir3 does not custody

botwir3 never holds, controls, transmits, or has access to your money, cryptocurrency, securities, API keys, or platform credentials. All transactions occur between you and the Third-Party Platform you connected to, using credentials stored exclusively on your local machine. botwir3 is not a party to any transaction.

botwir3 does not monitor

Once downloaded, your bot operates independently on your local machine. botwir3 has no visibility into whether your bot is running, what it is doing, or what outcomes it is producing. There is no telemetry, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no phone-home. Monitoring your bot is your responsibility.

You are responsible

You define the strategy. You configure the parameters. You select the modules. You set the band. You connect the platform. You store the credentials. You start the bot. You monitor the bot. You verify execution outcomes.

The Gate validates actions against the parameters you configured. It does not evaluate whether those parameters are good. A disciplined bot following a bad strategy will lose money in an orderly fashion. That outcome is yours.

Trading involves risk

Trading and transacting in any market — including but not limited to cryptocurrency, equities, forex, prediction markets, collectibles, sneakers, real estate, and e-commerce — involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Platform compliance is your responsibility

botwir3 provides setup guides for connecting the Runtime to Third-Party Platforms. These guides are informational. They are not representations that a platform permits automated trading. Platform terms change. API access can be restricted, modified, or revoked at any time.

You are solely responsible for verifying that automated operation is permitted under the current terms of service of each platform you connect to. botwir3 is not liable for any account suspension, ban, or adverse action taken by a Third-Party Platform.
